- Midterm exams will start on Monday, November 30, 2020, according to our Academic Calendar and will end on Sunday, December 13, 2020.
- Midterm exams will be conducted using the “assignment module” or “exam module (online exam)” through the Distance Education Management System.
- Face-to-face application courses will continue to be conducted between the dates of November 30 - December 13, 2020, when the exams will take place.
- Courses related to midterm exams conducted using the assignment module are not specified in the program, but are included in the Midterm Exam Types Table.
- In midterm exams conducted using the assignment module, the assignment submission process will start from November 20, 2020, and the deadline for assignment submission is set for Sunday, December 13, 2020, at 14:00.
- In the online exams in the Exam Module, the exam entry window will be set to 4 hours from the start time of each exam. The exam window is not the exam duration. Exam durations will be determined by the relevant faculty members teaching the course and will be announced to students via UZEM before the exam date.
- For example, if the duration of a multiple-choice exam is 30 minutes and it starts at 08:00, since the exam window is 4 hours, the exam module will be active between 08:00-12:00. A student must log into the system by 11:30 at the latest for this exam.
- Although there are no midterm exams for the Controlled Learning I and III courses, students are required to submit the assignments given by each faculty member teaching these courses by the end of the term.
