Our faculty's 2023-2024 Fall Semester midterm exams will be held face-to-face between November 18-December 03, 2023 according to the academic calendar. The Exam Program is attached.

According to the Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Education-Training and Examination Regulation ARTICLE 18 –(2) “A student who has fulfilled the attendance requirement in previous semesters but failed the course may not attend these courses provided that they take the midterm exams. However, the grades of students who scored 50 and above in the midterm exams in previous semesters are preserved in the Student Information System. A student who wants to improve their grade can take the midterm exam in the current semester. In this case, the last grade received is valid and is entered into the system by the course instructor.” Regarding the request to preserve the midterm (visa) grade in accordance with the provisions;

-Students who have a midterm grade of 50 (fifty) and above from the courses they failed in previous semesters (except those who failed due to attendance) and who request midterm (visa) preservation must fill out the relevant form attached and submit it to the Faculty Student Affairs Office by the end of business on November 17, 2023 at the latest.

-Petitions for midterm (visa) preservation submitted by students during or after the midterm week will not be processed. Students in this situation must take the midterm exams. After taking the midterm exam of the course they failed, the student cannot request midterm (visa) preservation, and the last grade received is valid.

-This application is valid for students subject to our faculty's absolute evaluation system.
